College Square Apartments offers comfortable apartment living in the heart of Davie, overlooking the Southeast Educational Campus. Our 64 one- and two-bedroom apartments feature hurricane-impact windows, upgraded interiors, and stainless steel appliances.

Conveniently located near Nova Southeastern University, FIU, Broward College, shopping, dining, and major roadways. Residents enjoy on-site parking, laundry facilities, and a community pool.

All prospective residents age 18 or older must submit an application and pay a $150 non-refundable application fee. Screening includes background, credit, rental history, income, and employment verification. Combined household income must generally equal at least three times the monthly rent. Applicants must provide proof of income, government-issued photo ID, current residence payment history, and employment and/or rental references as applicable.

Security deposits are based on screening results. Applicants with credit scores of 700+ generally require a minimum deposit of one month's rent; scores of 600–699 generally require a minimum of two months' rent. Applicants who do not meet minimum screening criteria may not qualify.

Pets require approval and must be non-aggressive, under 20 lbs., spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, and registered through PetScreening.com. Approved pets are subject to a $40 monthly fee per pet.

Assistance animals are reviewed separately as reasonable accommodation requests and are not subject to pet fees, breed, or weight restrictions. All animal requests must be submitted through PetScreening.com.
