A joint venture acquisition of 156 residential units and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space in Wilton Manors, this project required a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program. What was once a crime ridden, low rent property, this Class B apartment complex is a fully repositioned asset that has become an anchor for the further development of the neighborhood. The property was purchased for $14M in 2015 and sold for $31M in 2021.
