A joint venture acquisition of 156 residential units and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space in Wilton Manors, this project required a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program.Given the strength of the neighborhood, this property represented a classic value added opportunity, and was fully repositioned. The property was purchased for $14M in 2015 and sold for $31M in 2021.
